Payment in full required to secure time slots

Instructor Availability

Please note that the same instructor may not be available for all 8 sessions due to instructor availability, unforeseen circumstances, or session scheduling conflicts.

Viewing Area

Parents/Guardians are welcome to watch in the designated viewing area only. Indoor slippers are required in the deck and pool area if you like to view the classes.
Outdoor shoes, food, and drinks are not allowed on the pool deck or in the change rooms. Please use the designated change rooms for changing clothes or diapers.

Make-Up Sessions

Each swimmer receives 1 make-up sessions per package. A 24-hour notice is required for a make-up class. No make-ups are available once the package expires. Make-up sessions are scheduled based on availability and may not have the same instructor or class ratio. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. No make-ups for missed/cancelled make-up classes.

Swim Attire

Swimmers must have all required swim attire to participate, including a towel, bathing suit, swim cap, and indoor slippers. Goggles are optional but recommended.
Those who are not yet toilet-trained for bowel-movements must wear swim diapers.

Late Session & Grace Period

All clients are provided with a 15-minute grace period for their scheduled swim class. If a client arrives within this 15-minute window, the lesson will still proceed; however, the class will only run for the remaining scheduled time. For example, if a 30-minute class begins 15 minutes late, the lesson will be limited to the remaining 15 minutes, as other classes are scheduled immediately after. If the instructor is available and there is an open time slot, the full class may be completed at that time. This is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit their class. No make-up classes or credits will be provided for missed time due to late arrivals.
